April Step Challenge: 6 Million Steps Goal for our LW50 Community! Log your steps daily here.
The month of April is all about getting moving! Remember, one of the goals of LW50 is for all of us to do at least 30 minutes of exercise per day or between 5,000-7,000 steps per day. We thought having a Step Challenge would be a great way to get the month started. Our goal is to get over 6 million steps as a community so all steps count! Starting April 1st, log your steps here and I will keep track of how many steps we are taking and I will add them up and keep a tally. If we all participate, we can make the goal easily so let's encourage other members to get rolling! Need extra incentive? The member who logs the most steps will get a prize at the end of the month, so let's start walking! Questions? Ask them here.
